Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Asher (ranked 4518 p4p, 25344 weight class) and Kamso Kane (ranked 217 p4p, 253 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cole Asher! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kamso Kane! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kane lands in his opponent's guard. Kane wants to control from the top but Asher keeps moving. Asher is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Asher on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Asher tries to get out of the position. Asher is looking for a triangle but Kane pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Asher can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kane controls the pace. Kane avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kane preventing the sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Asher is looking for a triangle but Kane pushes his legs off easily.
Asher wants to sweep here but Kane controlling him for the moment. Asher preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kane must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Asher has his foot on Kane's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kane works his way back into a safe position though. Asher is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kane trying to hold on to Asher's head to control him but Asher postures up.
Asher not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Asher is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Kane has managed to free his arm - good work. Asher throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Kane to regain full guard. Asher has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Asher working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Asher missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Asher lands a couple of digs. Asher stands up over Kane, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Asher with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Kane is rocked! Asher throwing strikes but missing. Kane looks winded! Asher throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Asher has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Asher works over Kane with some ground and pound from guard. Kane is still in real trouble! Can Asher finish him? Asher stands up over Kane, holding on to his feet. Asher throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Kane is out cold! Asher lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Cole Asher!
