Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Samson (ranked 4070 p4p, 2998 weight class) and Thiago De Lima (ranked 424 p4p, 334 weight class). Samson comes to the cage accompanied by Face The Pain- STEMM. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Thiago De Lima!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Samson has taken the fight to the clinch.

Samson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks De Lima with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

De Lima wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Samson manages to pass to side control.

De Lima manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Samson keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Samson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that De Lima can do to turn this around?

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
De Lima is pressed up against the cage. Samson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag De Lima down to the mat. De Lima avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Thiago De Lima seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donk. De Lima catches Samson right on the button with a cross.
Samson is rocked!
De Lima throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Samson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Oh Samson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Samson gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! De Lima gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thiago De Lima!
