Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tavish Gray (ranked 275 p4p, 1499 weight class) and Jason Payne (ranked 34 p4p, 175 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Payne's choice of entrance music: "Bring Out Your Dead" Strung Out. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tavish Gray!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jason Payne!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Kavanagh and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Payne cracks Gray with a right hand to the side of the head.
Gray misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Payne.
Gray takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Gray stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Payne.
Payne lands a glancing blow to the side of Gray's head.
Payne throws a lazy right hand but Gray sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Gray takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Gray seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Payne cracks Gray with an open hand slap.
Gray is rocked!
Payne has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Payne cracks Gray with a left hook right on the temple and Gray goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Payne lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Gray is OK!
