And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 0 losses; Dragan Gracie!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Quyen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Quyen tries to close the distance and clinch but Gracie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Gracie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Quyen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gracie has managed to get both his arms back between Quyen's legs - danger averted.

Quyen is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gracie is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Quyen is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Quyen is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Gracie looks calm but he's in trouble here. Quyen gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Gracie is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Quyen lets go of the hold and Gracie can pop his arm back in it's socket.
