Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Crisanni (ranked 3884 p4p, 3666 weight class) and Andy Perkasa (ranked 404 p4p, 387 weight class). Crisanni comes into the arena with Trueno - FELL ME?? blaring out of the sound system. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alexander Crisanni! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andy Perkasa! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perkasa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A head kick misses from Perkasa. Perkasa lands with a kick to the temple. Crisanni shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Andy Perkasa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Perkasa throws a push kick but Crisanni slaps the foot to one side. Perkasa throws a body punch but Crisanni moves out of range. Perkasa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Crisanni clinches with his opponent.
Perkasa working some nice short punches in the clinch. Perkasa can't break the clinch.

Crisanni creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Perkasa wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Perkasa stalling in the clinch but Crisanni improves position. Crisanni escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Perkasa lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Perkasa tries to clinch and Crisanni counters with a shoot takedown. Perkasa fights it but they end up in guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Perkasa is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perkasa can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Crisanni controls the pace. Perkasa looking to control.

Crisanni stalling. Crisanni decides to stand up. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Perkasa. Perkasa throws a nice looking combination but Crisanni bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Perkasa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crisanni keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

A shot to the body from Perkasa misses and Crisanni counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Perkasa looks winded! Crisanni instigates a clinch. Crisanni holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Perkasa tries to land knees in the clinch but Crisanni avoids the damage to the body. Crisanni breaks the clinch.
Crisanni rushes Perkasa and presses him up against the cage. Crisanni keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Perkasa's efforts to push away. Perkasa misses with some punches.
Crisanni tightens his grip and picks Perkasa up, before dumping him to the ground. Perkasa manages to land in guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crisanni postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crisanni showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Crisanni postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Perkasa is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Crisanni rolls with it to try and escape but Perkasa cranks on the arm and Crisanni is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
