Tanaka has chosen Eminem - Lose Yourself as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanaka throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Borgia closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Tanaka's guard.

Borgia is pushing down on Tanaka's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tanaka is fighting to maintain full guard but Borgia has managed to sneak the leg through.

Borgia is trying to work for a kimura but Tanaka is defending well.

Borgia uses his free foot to push down on Tanaka's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tanaka.
Borgia looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Tanaka is desperately trying to improve his position but Borgia has a good base and remains in mount.
Tanaka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Borgia. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Borgia takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Borgia is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Tanaka can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Tanaka is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Borgia off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
