Schilt's coach down at MMA Training and Sparring Buddies was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Schilt's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Igwe misses with a hook. A shot to the liver by Igwe. Beautiful body shot. Uche Igwe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Igwe moves into range and connects with a jab. Schilt steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Igwe. Schilt complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
