This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 10 wins and 43 losses; Mono Loco! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 82 wins and 105 losses; Tobias Pancake! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Pancake gets the takedown into side control. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Loco (0) vs (4) Pancake Loco is looking for a sweep. Pancake tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pancake has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Pancake thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Loco is trying to control Pancake's posture but Pancake avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Loco tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Pancake wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Loco is letting Pancake control him for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pancake trying to control the action but Loco is working from the bottom. Pancake looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Loco tries to improve position but can't. Pancake takes a little break here. Loco wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Loco can't do much from the bottom here. Loco is breathing heavily. Pancake tries for a kimura but Loco is defending well.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Pancake goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Loco has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Pancake but great work by Loco. Score +4 for clean sweep to past guard: Loco (4) vs (4) Pancake Pancake manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Pancake moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Pancake has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Loco can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pancake pulls Loco in close to prevent any damage. Pancake looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Loco is defending well. Pancake quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Loco has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Pancake celebrates on the ropes, with the crowd.

Tobias Pancake decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world.
