Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Quessy (ranked 1416 p4p, 2083 weight class) and Mark Beneke (ranked 190 p4p, 266 weight class). Quessy comes to the ring accompanied by NTM - Ma Benz. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beneke misses with a few strikes there.
Jab, jab by Beneke - just one landing.
Quessy tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Beneke swivels and escapes.

Quessy closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Beneke quickly recovers to half guard.

Quessy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Quessy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Mark Beneke decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
