Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zambosurian Inday (ranked 23123 p4p, 5896 weight class) and Fyodor Pending (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fyodor Pending has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 86 - 58 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 60 - 207 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fyodor Pending! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Inday scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Pending looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Inday controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Inday decides to take the fight back to the feet. Inday scores with a push kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Inday shoots in and bounces Pending off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inday postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Inday controls from within his opponent's guard. Inday has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Pending should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. This is a sustained period of stalling by Inday.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Pending gets caught napping as Inday dives in and scores a takedown. Pending manages to retain guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Inday not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Inday looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Pending! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Inday just content to control the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zambosurian Inday dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Pending enables Inday to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pending manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Inday is stalling in the full guard. Inday's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Inday seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pending for as long as he can get away with. Pending is breathing heavily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Inday continues to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Pending can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Inday controls the pace. More hug and hope from Inday. Inday is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pending can do to turn this around?
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Inday continues to hold on tight.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Inday takes a little break here. Pending wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Inday scores with a couple of short elbows. A lull in the action here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zambosurian Inday dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Inday shoots in and gets a takedown into Pending's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Inday is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Inday pushes down on Pending's leg and manages to get into half guard. Well, if Inday is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Pending takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inday scoring with strikes to the body and head. Inday working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Inday has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Pending defend it? Inday steps over the head and cranks it - Pending is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Inday!
