Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Duboulay (ranked 1327 p4p, 747 weight class) and Eduardo Chavez (ranked 98 p4p, 73 weight class). Duboulay comes to the cage accompanied by World On Fire. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vincent Duboulay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eduardo Chavez!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duboulay changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Chavez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Chavez takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Duboulay is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Chavez knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Duboulay has hold of one of Chavez's legs. Chavez is fighting the takedown attempt but Duboulay gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Chavez throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Duboulay escapes and throws Chavez's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Chavez is looking to regain half guard here but Duboulay keeps moving and retains side control.
