This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 1 losses; Sincere Thibodeaux! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 1 losses; Enrique Montoya!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Thibodeaux fails in his attempt to clinch.
Montoya tries to clinch up but Thibodeaux circles away and keeps his distance.

Thibodeaux closes the distance and clinches.
Thibodeaux is trying to drag Montoya to the mat but Montoya just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Montoya tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Thibodeaux smiles and moves away.

Thibodeaux rushes Montoya and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Thibodeaux tries to pull guard but Montoya holds him up against the cage and eventually Thibodeaux drops back down to his feet.
Thibodeaux is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Montoya jumps guard.
Thibodeaux is looking to advance position but Montoya has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
