The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escobar closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Michaels jumps guard but Escobar turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Michaels has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Escobar is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Escobar lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Michaels to his knees! Escobar keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

A relieved looking Cyrus Escobar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
