The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Verse takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Ibraahim misses with an uppercut.
Verse throws a combination that misses
and Ibraahim counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ibraahim throws a right hand that misses
and Verse counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ibraahim chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Verse can pounce on him.
Ibraahim smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A big left from Ibraahim misses.
Verse is looking for the big counter here.
Verse digs a good hook to Ibraahim's body.
Verse ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Verse looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Verse uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ibraahim.
Ibraahim lands a jab-cross combination.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ibraahim rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Verse counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Verse throws a right hand that misses
and Ibraahim counters with a right hand to the body.

Verse ducks under a wild hook from Ibraahim.
Verse unleashes a big counter combination but Ibraahim bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Nuur Ibraahim is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Verse misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Ibraahim counters with a stiff right hand.
Verse avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Ibraahim cracks Verse with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ibraahim has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Verse to stand back up!

Verse throws a hook but Ibraahim blocks it.
A quick step to the side and Ibraahim tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Ibraahim counters with a big right hand! Oh Verse is in trouble here! Ibraahim follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
