Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cohen Barron (ranked 4035 p4p, 25242 weight class) and Kino Hatton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kino Hatton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cohen Barron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kino Hatton!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barron shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hatton counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A right-left combo lands from Barron.

Hatton breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Hatton throws a lazy right hand but Barron sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Barron tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hatton swivels and escapes.

Barron goes for a double leg but Hatton avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hatton continues to drive forward.
Hatton unleashes a big counter combination but Barron bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Hatton wants the takedown. Barron is fighting it off but Hatton persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Barron's guard against the cage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Barron.
Hatton is breathing heavily.
Barron misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hatton changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cohen Barron. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hatton fails to land with a series of punches.
Barron tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Hatton manages to circle out of the way.
Hatton throws a right and a left that Barron avoids nicely.

Barron has managed to clinch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

A shot to the liver by Barron. Beautiful body shot.

Hatton forces Barron back against the cage and clinches.
Barron is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hatton to keep the fight standing.
Barron is pressed up against the cage. Hatton has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Barron down to the mat. Barron avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Barron manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hatton on his heels. He'll look to pass Hatton's guard now, I'm sure.

Barron is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Barron tightens his grip and picks Hatton up, before dumping him to the ground. Hatton manages to land in guard.
Barron slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The referee asks Barron politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Barron prefers to stall for the moment though.

Hatton is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Barron asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Hatton regains half guard.
Barron takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Barron drops an elbow to the side of Hatton's head.
Hatton wants to improve his position but Barron is controlling well.

Barron is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Hatton wants to get back to his feet.

Barron stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Barron dives in for a single leg takedown but Hatton sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Barron takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
