Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between War Turtle (ranked 2492 p4p, 2329 weight class) and Scott Calvin (ranked 244 p4p, 228 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, War Turtle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Scott Calvin!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calvin steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Turtle. That one must have hurt.
Calvin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Turtle. Turtle obviously looking to wear him down.
Calvin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Turtle is trying to defend but Calvin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Turtle regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Calvin.
Turtle wants to sweep here but Calvin controlling him for the moment.
Calvin scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Calvin postures up in Turtle's guard and throws a big left but Turtle blocks it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Calvin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Calvin winds up and cracks Turtle with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Calvin throws a strike but Turtle rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Turtle definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Calvin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Turtle loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Turtle feints a jab promting Calvin to slip. Turtle then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Calvin slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Calvin is rocked!
Turtle lands a brutal uppercut that launches Calvin off his feet! Calvin tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). War Turtle!
