Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ding Ding Dong (ranked 24261 p4p, 5520 weight class) and Emir Bosnic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 32 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ding Ding Dong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emir Bosnic! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ding Dong avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bosnic wants to clinch. Bosnic with a body punch. A glancing blow. Ding Dong fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Bosnic tries to clinch but Ding Dong moves out of range. Bosnic wants to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice takedown defense from Bosnic. No joy for Ding Dong on that attempt. Bosnic throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Ding Dong closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bosnic circles away. Bosnic with the counter takedown but Ding Dong avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ding Ding Dong. That's going to take a lot out of him. A momentary lapse in concentration from Bosnic enables Ding Dong to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bosnic manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Ding Dong controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Ding Dong is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bosnic trying to control the position.
Ding Dong stands up over Bosnic, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Ding Dong slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ding Dong's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ding Dong has gone for a leg lock! Bosnic slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ding Dong's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Ding Dong is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Ding Dong controlling the action here. Ding Dong landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Bosnic is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Ding Dong has latched onto it... Big trouble! Ding Dong pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Bosnic is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Ding Dong!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Ding Ding Dong! After the fight, Ding Ding Dong was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
