Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grga Chvarak (ranked 705 p4p, 768 weight class) and Lawson Serrano (ranked 87 p4p, 97 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Grga Chvarak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lawson Serrano!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serrano closes this distance looking for a takedown but Chvarak circles away.
Chvarak keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

and Chvarak counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Lawson Serrano has been cut.
Grga Chvarak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lawson Serrano.

Serrano drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Serrano throws a strike but Chvarak rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Serrano wants to sweep here but Chvarak controlling him for the moment.
Chvarak postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Chvarak missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Serrano is on top in guard.

Chvarak is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Serrano throws a big elbow that misses.

Chvarak throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Serrano escapes and throws Chvarak's legs to the side, diving into side control!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Serrano cracks Chvarak with a big right hand but Chvarak just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Chvarak looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Serrano lands a strong strike to the head of Chvarak. That's dazed him! Serrano looking to finish here. Chvarak is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Serrano lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

In his post fight interview, Lawson Serrano started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
