Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blair Burkitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strong throws a right and a left that both miss.
Strong throws a body punch but Burkitt moves out of range.
Burkitt cracks Strong with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Burkitt throws a combination that misses
and Strong counters with a one-two to the body.
Strong falls off balance throwing a combination
and Burkitt counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Strong takes one on the button.
A decent looking cross lands there for Strong.
Burkitt on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Strong throws out a loose jab but Burkitt uses good head movement to avoid it.
Oliver Strong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Strong swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Burkitt counters with a left and a right that stings Strong.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Burkitt slips a straight right by Strong.
Burkitt connects with a looping right hand.
Strong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burkitt moves away.
Strong defending well as Burkitt loads up on a big left hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Burkitt looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Burkitt slips a jab and a cross from Strong.
Burkitt connects with a body shot.
Burkitt tries a head kick but it misses.
Burkitt drops Strong with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Strong looks back up at him and smiles so Burkitt waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Strong is rocked!
Burkitt is looking to land body kicks.
Strong is still on wobbly legs! Can Burkitt finish him?
Strong swings for the body but Burkitt moves out of range.
Burkitt drops Strong with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Strong! Burkitt dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
