Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josue Everett (ranked 4458 p4p, 5649 weight class) and Jaka Prawira (ranked 325 p4p, 363 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Josue Everett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jaka Prawira!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Everett is pressing down on Prawira's thigh, looking to free his foot. Prawira is holding on for now.
We've been informed that Prawira has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Everett thows a huge punch but Prawira dodges it nicely.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
