Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Emilio Ortega (ranked 948 p4p, 989 weight class) and Nick Albodean (ranked 123 p4p, 126 weight class). Albodean has chosen I ain't worried - One Republic as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Emilio Ortega!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Albodean!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albodean throws a lazy right hand but Ortega sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Albodean keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ortega stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Albodean.
Albodean moves out of range of the strikes.
A countering left hand to the body from Albodean misses.
Albodean throws a nice looking combination but Ortega bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ortega was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Albodean scores with a jab. Ortega acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ortega.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Albodean throws a head kick that misses.
Albodean ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Albodean looks to throw the jab but Ortega is out of range.
Ortega throws a body shot but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Albodean throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ortega's head.
It looks like Emilio Ortega has been cut.
Albodean throws a leg kick but Ortega moved away.
Ortega scores with the left hand. Albodean knows he should have avoided that one.
Albodean throws a body punch but Ortega moves out of range.
Ortega fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Albodean manages to avoid it.
Albodean looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Albodean throws an overhand right that lands on Ortega's shoulder, as Ortega tries to avoid the shot.
Ortega takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Albodean steps in with a hook that catches Ortega right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Albodean follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Ortega looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nick Albodean!
