Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between micheal bisping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think bisping might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Quinton "rampage" jackson freestyle RAP. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, micheal bisping! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Shane Griffin! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! bisping stuffs the takedown attempt from Griffin. Griffin gets slowly back to his feet. Griffin throws a series of punches but bisping avoids them all with ease. bisping tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nice takedown defense from bisping. No joy for Griffin on that attempt. Griffin closes the distance and clinches up with bisping, looking for a takedown. Griffin pushes bisping against the cage but bisping circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. micheal bisping has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shane Griffin. Griffin avoids the head kick by bisping.
bisping looking for a takedown here - he's got it. bisping pushes down on Griffin's leg and manages to get into half guard. Griffin is refusing to be controlled, as bisping sits in half guard. Griffin is looking to escape. Griffin trying to control from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffin wants to get back to his feet. Griffin looking for submissions off his back. Griffin looks gassed! bisping uses his free foot to push down on Griffin's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Griffin. bisping fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
bisping jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Griffin manages to avoid the submission attempt. bisping trying to control the position but Griffin is working away. Griffin takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Griffin pushes bisping away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, bisping gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Griffin is trying to control bisping's posture but bisping avoids it. bisping working the ground and pound from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Griffin is working to avoid the ground and pound but bisping connects with a decent elbow. Griffin avoids any damage from the ground and pound of bisping. You can see the frustration on Griffin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. bisping is looking to take a break and control but Griffin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. bisping is trying to get an arm triangle but Griffin is defending well. bisping tries for a kimura but Griffin is defending well. bisping happy to just control the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. You can see the frustration on Griffin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. bisping could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. bisping wants to control but Griffin is keeping him busy. bisping working away. Griffin is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but bisping is staying active. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Griffin holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. bisping creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Griffin is looking to regain half guard here but bisping keeps moving and retains side control.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Griffin is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in bisping's half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. bisping moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Griffin preventing the sweep. Griffin won't allow bisping to get back to his feet. bisping has his foot on Griffin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Griffin works his way back into a safe position though. Griffin stopping the sweep attempt from bisping. Griffin trying to control the position from guard on top but bisping is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Griffin misses with a takedown and bisping counters with a head kick. That will keep Griffin thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Griffin misses with a takedown attempt and bisping counters with a shoot takedown. Griffin fights it but they end up in guard. Griffin keeping moving, preventing bisping from controlling successfully. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Griffin looking for a guillotine here but bisping defends easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Griffin is adopting a defensive guard. bisping wants to stand but Griffin has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Griffin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. bisping gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. bisping chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Griffin not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Griffin has momentary wrist control but bisping slips an elbow through the middle. Griffin keeping full guard, as bisping tries to pass. bisping lands a couple of digs.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. bisping moves forwards but Griffin connects with a nice, crisp jab. micheal bisping is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Griffin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and bisping counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Griffin is lucky that one didn't land flush. micheal bisping has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shane Griffin. bisping goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. bisping throws a head kick but Griffin moves out of range.

Griffin didn't expect that. bisping has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Griffin is proving hard to escape from. bisping is posturing up here but Griffin has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! bisping tries to roll out but it's too tight and bisping has to tap! Slick submission there by Griffin!
