Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Ho Tep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Donaldson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bubba Ho Tep looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bubba Ho Tep! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ken Donaldson! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ho Tep misses with a few strikes there.
Donaldson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ho Tep pinned against the cage. Ho Tep gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Ho Tep closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Ho Tep has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Ho Tep could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Ho Tep fails to land with a series of punches.
Donaldson wants to clinch. Ho Tep decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Donaldson is trying to get back to full guard. Donaldson won't allow Ho Tep to pass to mount. Donaldson is looking to control Ho Tep's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Donaldson avoid being mounted?
That's one minute gone in the round. Donaldson looking for submissions off his back. Donaldson wants to control but Ho Tep is keeping busy and won't allow it. Donaldson is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Donaldson is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ho Tep moves into the clinch successfully.
Ho Tep is breathing heavily. Donaldson manages to pull guard.
Ho Tep controlling from the top position. Ho Tep has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Donaldson controls Ho Tep momentarily but Ho Tep frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Donaldson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ho Tep seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Ho Tep postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Donaldson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Donaldson throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Ho Tep stands up from Donaldson's guard - Ho Tep perhaps looking for a knockout. Donaldson looks to clinch and Ho Tep counters with a takedown into side control. Check out the look on Ho Tep's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Donaldson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ho Tep's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ho Tep is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Ho Tep working the head and body with strikes. Donaldson is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Ho Tep pulls his head out easily. Ho Tep wants to take a breather but Donaldson is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ho Tep thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Donaldson's head. Ho Tep is thwarting Donaldson's attempts to control the position. Donaldson regains full guard. Nicely done. Donaldson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ho Tep manages to get himself to full guard.
Donaldson won't allow Ho Tep to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ho Tep throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Donaldson postures up.
Ho Tep keeping moving, preventing Donaldson from controlling successfully. Donaldson passes Ho Tep's left leg - he's now in half guard. Donaldson is looking to take a break and control but Ho Tep is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ho Tep missing with punches from the bottom.
Donaldson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ho Tep knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Ho Tep shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ho Tep lands with some strikes. Ho Tep trying to control but he's not successful this time. Donaldson is in all sorts of trouble here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bubba Ho Tep dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Ho Tep closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Ho Tep seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Donaldson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ho Tep seems to be looking for submissions.
Donaldson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ho Tep is working away from the top position though. Donaldson is trying to stand.
Ho Tep is nestled in close to Donaldson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Ho Tep lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Ho Tep is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Donaldson reverses the position - he's now on top in Ho Tep's guard. Ho Tep is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Donaldson is controlling him. Donaldson is breathing heavily. Ho Tep tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ho Tep is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Donaldson is looking to stand up but Ho Tep won't let him. Donaldson has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Ho Tep to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Donaldson is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Ho Tep pulls down on the head and he's put Donaldson to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Bubba Ho Tep!
