Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Otto Stollar (ranked 2670 p4p, 1627 weight class) and Bobby Bayou (ranked 92 p4p, 105 weight class). Otto Stollar could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bobby Bayou's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Otto Stollar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bobby Bayou!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stollar fails to land with a series of punches.

Stollar tries to keep at a distance but Bayou has taken the fight into the clinch.
Bayou effectively controlling the action here.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Bayou tries to pull guard but Stollar holds him up against the cage and eventually Bayou drops back down to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bayou pushes Stollar back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Bayou is pushing Stollar up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Stollar has been working on his balance at IMMA Gym of Elite ASS, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Bayou.

A frustrated look appears on Stollar's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Stollar tries to close the distance and clinch but Bayou swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bayou is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Stollar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bayou as he avoids it easily.
Bayou tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Stollar feints a jab promting Bayou to slip. Stollar then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Bayou slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Bayou gets tackled into the cage by Stollar. Stollar maintains the clinch.
Bayou lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Stollar backwards.
Bayou gets through Stollar's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Bayou really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stollar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We've been informed that Bayou has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stollar has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bayou is proving hard to escape from.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bayou's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Stollar is looking to stand up but Bayou won't let him.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Bobby Bayou is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Bayou closes the distance and pushes Stollar back into the cage.
Stollar fails to pull the fight into his guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Bayou manages to pull guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bayou, as that shot connected.

It looks like Otto Stollar has been cut.

The referee is keeping an eye on Bayou - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Bayou pulls Stollar in close to his closed guard and prevents Stollar from doing any damage or advancing position.
Stollar wants to stand but Bayou has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

A frustrated look appears on Stollar's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Bayou tries a body shot but Stollar blocks it.
Bayou lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Stollar drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bayou gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Stollar jumps guard but Bayou turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Stollar has had enough of the clinch but Bayou keeps him there for the moment.
Bobby Bayou seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Stollar has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Bayou after a bit of a struggle.
