With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Island Try! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Antwan Tran! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Try dives in and grabs Tran's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tran pushes down on Try's head and hops out. Try closes the distance and clinches up with Tran, looking for a takedown. Try pushes Tran against the cage but Tran circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Tran throws out a counter right but Try avoids it with no problem. Tran stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tran wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Island Try. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tran will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tran is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Tran shuts the power down on Try. Lights out, game over! Tran is your winner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Antwan Tran!
