Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between African King (ranked 4910 p4p, 23884 weight class) and Akeen Coker (ranked 445 p4p, 504 weight class). African King has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 24 - 2, fighting out of London, African King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Akeen Coker!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coker misses with a series of wild punches.
Coker throws a head kick but King moves out of range.
A combination from Coker does no damage.
Coker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
An inside leg kick from Coker misses.
King instigates a clinch.
King has a couple of punches blocked by Coker.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King throws a head punch that misses.
Coker misses with a hook to the ribs.
King tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Coker is trying to break the clinch but King is controlling him.

Coker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
King throws out a loose jab but Coker uses good head movement to avoid it.

Coker takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
King takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
King takes a body punch but keeps moving.
King tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Coker paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Akeen Coker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Coker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but King circles away quickly and effectively.
Coker scores with a one two! King had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like African King has been cut.
Coker lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
King misses with a few strikes there.
Coker throws a head kick that misses.
King appears to be looking for a big counter.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
King tries to clinch there but Coker circles away.

Coker pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces King back to the ropes. Coker follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Coker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
King is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Coker stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from King.

It looked like King was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Coker.
Coker throws a combination. King tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Coker throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.

Coker lands with a thumping leg kick.
King throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Coker! But no joy.
King looks to clinch
and Coker counters with a nice body shot.
King throws a good cross that connects.

King tries to clinch but Coker is having none of it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Coker moves forwards but King connects with a nice, crisp jab.
King throws a series of punches but Coker moves out of range.
Coker misses with a body shot
and Coker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Coker is rocked!
Coker does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Coker is still on wobbly legs! Can King finish him?
King has managed to clinch.
King tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Coker seems to have recovered his senses.
Coker is trying to break the clinch but King is controlling him.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for King.
Coker is trying to break free.
Coker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Coker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Coker goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
King fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Coker, pushing him back against the ropes.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Akeen Coker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The cut man is working on African King's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Coker drops his guard momentarily, allowing King to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Coker! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! King takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). African King!
African King decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
