The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Camara stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Camara wants it to stay on the feet.
Gracie shoots in and drives through. Camara sprawls well.
Camara changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Camara moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Gracie tries to buck Camara off but Camara is having none of it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
You can see the frustration on Gracie's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Camara slows the pace down.

Camara is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Camara tries to move into full mount but can't pass Gracie's legs.

Gracie seems a little lost for a moment, as Camara dominates the positioning.
Gracie is looking to reverse the position.
Camara just content to control the position.

Camara tries to advance to mount but Gracie denies him.

Gracie can't do much from the bottom here.

Camara trying to control the position but Gracie is working away.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Gracie prevents Camara from moving into mount.
Gracie tries to buck Camara off but Camara is having none of it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Gracie gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Camara is figuring out what he wants to do next.

And that's the end of the fight!
Camara wins on points by 5 to 4.
