Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Salvatore Douglas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 187 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mountain Rivera!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Douglas cracks Rivera with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Mountain Rivera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rivera looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Rivera gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Douglas counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Douglas circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Rivera to the canvas! Rivera doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Douglas keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Salvatore Douglas!
