Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noc Tua (ranked 2361 p4p, 2397 weight class) and Gabriel Mil (ranked 313 p4p, 317 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Noc Tua!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Gabriel Mil!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mil shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Mil looking to score a takedown here. Tua is defending well but Mil drives through and ends up in Tua's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mil trying to control the position from guard on top but Tua is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Tua knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mil on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tua is trying to keep Mil in close.
Tua is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Mil is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mil advances to half guard.
Mil wants to pass the guard but Tua is defending well.
Tua is looking for a sweep. Mil is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mil looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tua with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Tua wants to control but Mil is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Mil working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Tua looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Mil uses his free foot to push down on Tua's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tua.

Tua on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tua tries to get out of the position.

It looks like Noc Tua has been cut.

Mil has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tua's face.

Tua tries to hold on but Mil postures up.
Mil cracks Tua with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Mil lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Noc Tua's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jeez, Noc Tua's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Noc Tua's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Gabriel Mil!
A relieved looking Gabriel Mil thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
