Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Quetzalcoatl Tlaloc (ranked 5254 p4p, 5203 weight class) and Takuma Yamauchi (ranked 240 p4p, 238 weight class). Tlaloc's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Llamado de Huitzilopochtli. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Quetzalcoatl Tlaloc!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takuma Yamauchi!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamauchi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tlaloc as he jumps to the side.
Yamauchi lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Yamauchi gets caught napping as Tlaloc dives in and scores a takedown. Yamauchi manages to retain guard.

Tlaloc throws an elbow that misses. Yamauchi uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tlaloc's guard. Nice move by Yamauchi!

Tlaloc shoots in looking for a takedown but Yamauchi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tlaloc's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Tlaloc fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Yamauchi to the ground. Tlaloc is now in Yamauchi's guard.
Yamauchi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tlaloc manages to get himself to full guard.

Tlaloc tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Yamauchi defends well and Tlaloc ends up having to push Yamauchi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Quetzalcoatl Tlaloc overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Tlaloc keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Yamauchi's head.

Quetzalcoatl Tlaloc showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Yamauchi has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
