The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klishenko on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Klishenko shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gomes but Gomes pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Gomes lands a left and a right that send Klishenko crashing to the mat, dazed. Gomes thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Klishenko is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gomes drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Klishenko right on the button. Klishenko goes down! Gomes follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Gomes gets the win via TKO!
