Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Jackson (ranked 4019 p4p, 5694 weight class) and Oisin Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Oisin Nolan! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson tries to clinch there but Nolan circles away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nolan. Jackson does a little dance to reset his feet. Jackson throws a lazy head kick and Nolan moves into the clinch. Nolan pulls guard successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jackson tries to free his leg and advance position but Nolan is retaining full guard. Jackson postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson stands up from Nolan's guard - Jackson perhaps looking for a knockout. Nolan fails with a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nolan. Jackson tries for a takedown but Nolan circles away easily and Nolan holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Jackson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Nolan won't allow Jackson to get back to his feet. Jackson wants to control but Nolan passes easily into half guard.
Nolan wants to work for an arm triangle but Jackson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Nolan wants to free his trapped foot but Jackson is holding on for dear life with his legs. Jackson actively working from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Nolan is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jackson has managed to free his arm - good work. Nolan missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Nolan keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Nolan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jackson's head. Nolan is thwarting Jackson's attempts to control the position. Jackson is looking to get back to is feet but Nolan passes into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nolan creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Jackson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Nolan stands up and beckons Jackson to his feet. Jackson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Nolan fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jackson avoids it really well and circles away. Daniel Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oisin Nolan. Nolan fails with a takedown attempt from distance. We've been informed that Nolan has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Jackson tries to clinch but Nolan is having none of it. Nolan shoots in looking for a takedown but Jackson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nolan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Nolan fails with a takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nolan darts in looking for a takedown but Jackson gets double underhooks and turns Nolan into the cage. Excellent takedown into side control there by Jackson.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jackson stands up and we're back to a striking position. Jackson throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Jackson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nolan's waist but Nolan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jackson off to one side. Nolan clinches up against the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nolan breaks the clinch.
Jackson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nolan swivels and escapes. Jackson is breathing heavily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nolan moves out of range of the body kick. Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Nolan on that attempt. Nolan scores with a sloppy right hand. Jackson should have avoided that one. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Oisin Nolan dominated that round. That's time! Jackson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Jackson doesn't succeed with the takedown and Nolan holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. The referee is keeping an eye on Nolan - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Nolan tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jackson smiles and moves away.
Jackson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nolan fails with a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nolan circles away. Nolan tries to clinch there but Jackson circles away.
Nolan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Daniel Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oisin Nolan.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Nolan did well to prevent Jackson getting side control. Nolan controlling the position well. Nolan trying to control here.
Nolan tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Jackson has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Jackson looking to finish with strikes here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Nolan has worked his arm free - good work by Nolan!
Jackson decides to stand up, so the ref orders Nolan to his feet. Jackson dives in for a single leg takedown but Nolan sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Nolan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Nolan ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Nolan no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Nolan is pulling down on Jackson's head. It's preventing any offense from Jackson, at least for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nolan looking for a guillotine here but Jackson defends easily.

Nolan gets to his feet - Jackson follows without any prompting. Nolan shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Horrible takedown attempt by Nolan or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson, which made it look bad.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson stuffs the takedown attempt from Nolan. Nolan gets slowly back to his feet. Jackson tries to counter by clinching up but Nolan breaks away and moves out of range. Jackson misses with a head kick.
Nolan shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed Nolan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Daniel Jackson is winning the standup battle so far. Jackson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jackson closes the distance and clinches. Nolan will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jackson up against the cage. Nolan is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Jackson is defending well. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel Jackson dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round! Jackson tries for a takedown but Nolan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Nolan darts in looking for a takedown but Jackson gets double underhooks and turns Nolan into the cage. Jackson throws a counter high kick but Nolan was just alert enough to avoid it. Nolan checks a low kick from Jackson. The fight stays on the outside here - Nolan looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nolan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jackson but Jackson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jackson misses with the combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nolan rushes Jackson and presses him up against the cage. Nolan pushes off an throws an elbow but Jackson leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Nolan manages to pull guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson's corner is telling him to maintain position. Oisin Nolan has got the better of the ground game so far. Jackson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Nolan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Jackson is looking to get back to full guard here but Nolan has managed to pass to side control instead. Jackson is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Jackson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Nolan's best efforts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jackson wants to improve his position but Nolan is controlling well.
Nolan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jackson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Jackson wants to control the action here but instead Nolan manages to pass to full mount! Nolan controlling the position easily from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Nolan misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Nolan tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Nolan wants to control the pace but Jackson is squirming around nicely. Nolan manages to capitalize on a mistake by Jackson to take his back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Jackson is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Nolan missing with punches from the back. Nolan has good solid back control here. Nolan's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
And that's the end of the fight! Oisin Nolan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Nolan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
