And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 26 wins and 23 losses; Ceferino Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Hughes misses with a takedown attempt
and Garcia counters by moving into the clinch.
Garcia is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the ropes enables Hughes to keep the fight standing.
