Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marek Siuta (ranked 880 p4p, 1625 weight class) and Demian Maia (ranked 111 p4p, 190 weight class). Siuta comes into the arena with "On My Way to the Cage" Rollins Band blaring out of the sound system. Marek Siuta has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maia shoots and misses
and Siuta cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Demian Maia has been cut.
Siuta has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Ironbound MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Maia shoots for a takedown but Siuta saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Siuta darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Siuta drops Maia with a straight right hand, right on the button! Siuta follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marek Siuta!

Our winner, Marek Siuta, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
