Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Blank (ranked 1331 p4p, 1077 weight class) and Zeta Knox (ranked 156 p4p, 134 weight class). Knox has chosen Five Finger Death Punch | Bad Company as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Zeta Knox struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 266.9lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blank misses with a right hand
letting Knox counter with a right hand.
Blank throws a lazy uppercut
and Knox counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Billy Blank seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blank misses with a wild combination.
Blank lands with a hook. Knox tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blank swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Knox looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Blank throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Blank lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Blank swings for the body but Knox moves out of range.
Blank paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Zeta Knox has been cut.

Blank connects with a right hand. Knox shakes it off.
Blank throws a hook but Knox blocks it.
Blank really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Blank throws a lazy right hand but Knox sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Knox swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Blank swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
It seemed like Knox was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Knox takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Knox uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Blank.

Blank throws a lazy right hand but Knox sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Blank swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Knox to counter with a crisp jab.

Blank throws a combination. Knox tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Blank throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Blank throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Blank sends Knox crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Blank is motioning to the referee to let Knox up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Knox is still on wobbly legs! Can Blank finish him?
Blank lands a big right hook! Knox looks hurt but is still standing! Blank lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Knox falls down and Blank dives in with a huge hammer fist! Knox's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Blank runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Billy Blank!
A relieved looking Billy Blank thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
The defeated Zeta Knox had this to say: '"If you haven't lost in this
