Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hiroshi Gomi (ranked 2410 p4p, 3790 weight class) and Pedro Equilibrium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gomi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Only Thing They Fear is You- DOOM Eternal OST. Pedro Equilibrium is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hiroshi Gomi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pedro Equilibrium!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Equilibrium tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gomi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Equilibrium somewhat.
Gomi feints a jab promting Equilibrium to slip. Gomi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Equilibrium slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Pedro Equilibrium has been cut.
Gomi stuns Equilibrium with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Gomi lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Equilibrium is rocked!
Equilibrium has his takedown stuffed
and Gomi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Equilibrium is still on wobbly legs! Can Gomi finish him?
Gomi cracks Equilibrium with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Equilibrium looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Gomi finish him?
This has been an exciting period of action!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Equilibrium.
Hiroshi Gomi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pedro Equilibrium.
Equilibrium circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Gomi. Equilibrium falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Gomi!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hiroshi Gomi!
Our winner, Hiroshi Gomi, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
