Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Smeshomedov!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smeshomedov misses with a looping left.
The fight stays on the outside here - Smeshomedov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Smeshomedov moves into the clinch.
Blue tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Smeshomedov has Blue pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Blue manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Blue lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Smeshomedov backwards.
Blue is pressed up against the cage. Smeshomedov has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Blue down to the mat. Blue avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Blue. Smeshomedov does a little dance to reset his feet.
Blue walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blue scores with the left hand. Smeshomedov knows he should have avoided that one.
Mike Smeshomedov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looked like Blue wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Blue lands a brutal uppercut that launches Smeshomedov off his feet! Smeshomedov tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
