Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jay Bling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bling kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Coolest. Anderson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by "Waking The Demon" - BFMV. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jay Bling! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Noah Anderson! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson gets caught flat footed, as Bling shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Bling trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Anderson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Anderson controls Bling momentarily but Bling frees himself. Bling tries to free his leg and advance position but Anderson is retaining full guard. Bling postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bling preventing the sweep. Anderson kicks Bling off and gets to his feet. Anderson tries to close the distance and clinch but Bling swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Anderson scores with a one two! Bling had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Jay Bling has been cut. Bling lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Anderson circles away quickly and effectively. Anderson throws a left and a right that both miss
so Bling counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bling trying to control but Anderson is working from the bottom. Bling is breathing heavily. Bling is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bling thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Bling wants to control from the top but Anderson keeps moving. Anderson wants to sweep but no luck. Bling wants to control from the top but Anderson keeps moving. Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back. Anderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bling. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Anderson tries to bum rush Bling with a series of wild strikes but Bling uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Anderson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bling to the mat! Bling manages to get full guard. Anderson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bling is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Anderson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anderson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Anderson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Anderson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bling works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Bling tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bling being controlled here, momentarily. Anderson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bling is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Anderson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bling is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bling makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bling. Bling throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Anderson escapes and throws Bling's legs to the side, diving into side control! Bling sneaks back into half guard. Anderson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Bling regains full guard. Nicely done. Anderson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bling is on top in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bling pushing down on Anderson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Anderson is defending against the submission attempts here by Bling.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Anderson is trying to maintain the position but Bling is very close to passing his half guard. Anderson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Anderson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Bling drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Anderson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bling has Anderson in his guard.

Bling is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Anderson pulls him back up using the underhooks. Bling goes for a takedown attempt but Anderson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bling gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Anderson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Anderson throwing strikes from guard but Bling blocks nicely. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bling had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Anderson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bling Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Anderson's back instead.

Ooooh, that looks tight… Anderson is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Anderson and Bling has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Anderson wants to get back to his feet but Bling drags him back down. Bling looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Bling decides to stand back up. Bling steps back and let's Anderson get back to his feet. Anderson looks for a takedown but Bling sprawls well. Bling gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jay Bling. I think Bling has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
