Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ching Chong Chongching!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tim Holmberg!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmberg shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Chongching napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Chongching throws Holmberg to one side and escapes!
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Holmberg has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Holmberg falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chongching makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Chongching avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Nice straight punches there by Holmberg. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Holmberg.
Chongching avoids the body shot from Holmberg.
We've been told by Chongching's head coaches at Sydney Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Chongching throws a right and a left that Holmberg avoids nicely.
Holmberg slips a straight right by Chongching.
Holmberg misses with a double jab
and Chongching counters with a series of strikes. Holmberg will be more careful next time no doubt.

and Chongching counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Tim Holmberg has been cut.

and Chongching counters with a crisp one two that drops Holmberg! Chongching thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Holmberg to his feet! Holmberg is in big trouble!
Holmberg is rocked!
Chongching flashes Holmberg a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Holmberg's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Holmberg crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Chongching punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ching Chong Chongching!
