Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jett Sparks (ranked 3960 p4p, 4079 weight class) and Test Thibodeaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jett Sparks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Test Thibodeaux!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparks swinging wildly here.
Sparks looking to score a takedown here. Thibodeaux is defending well but Sparks drives through and ends up in Thibodeaux's guard.
Sparks stands up from Thibodeaux's guard - Sparks perhaps looking for a knockout.
Sparks closes the distance and pushes Thibodeaux back into the cage.
Sparks has Thibodeaux pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sparks pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Thibodeaux tumbling to the mat - Sparks dives into Thibodeaux's guard.

Sparks wants to advance to full mount but Thibodeaux doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Sparks changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thibodeaux looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Sparks feints and as Thibodeaux raises his hands in defense, Sparks changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sparks throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Sparks sets himself, and Thibodeaux steps forward looking for the clinch! Sparks avoids it this time.

and Sparks counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Sparks throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Thibodeaux was covering up waiting for the punch and Sparks finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Thibodeaux is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Sparks asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Sparks stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sparks wants it to stay on the feet.

Sparks looks up at the clock and then as Thibodeaux takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Sparks smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Sparks shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Thibodeaux napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Sparks tries to score with some ground and pound. Thibodeaux controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Sparks is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Thibodeaux can do to turn this around?
Sparks has hold of Thibodeaux's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Thibodeaux tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Sparks cranks the arm and Thibodeaux screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Thibodeaux, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
