Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gaston Messier (ranked 4030 p4p, 1513 weight class) and Jaxon Williams (ranked 348 p4p, 164 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gaston Messier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jaxon Williams!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a good cross that connects.
Messier uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Williams.
Williams feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Messiers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Messier is rocked!
Williams throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Williams thuds his right hand into Messier's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Oh Messier is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Messier leaves his chin hanging out and Williams seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Messier crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jaxon Williams!
