Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hayato Countinho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vanderlei Branco!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Branco moves into the clinch.
Countinho tries to break free but Branco pushes him back against the ropes.
Countinho looking to slow down the pace here.
Come on Branco - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Branco receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
Countinho lands a body shot.
Branco controlling the action here for a moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Vanderlei Branco.
The fight stays on the outside here - Countinho looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Countinho tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Branco manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Vanderlei Branco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Countinho closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Branco crashing to the mat! Branco uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!

It looks like Vanderlei Branco has been cut.
Countinho moves in looking to clinch but Branco pushes him off.
Branco tries to counter by closing the distance.

Countinho staggers Branco with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Branco looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Branco drops his hands momentarily and Countinho needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Branco just on the top of the head. Branco drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Branco - he's done!
