Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between dic cheddars (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Caines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caines dives in and grabs cheddars's left leg, looking for a takedown. cheddars pushes down on Caines's head and hops out.
Caines shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as cheddars sprawls well. cheddars wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Caines gets slowly back to his feet.

cheddars has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Caines regains guard immediately.

Caines throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around cheddars's waist but cheddars gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Caines off to one side.
