Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gunt Jernit (ranked 677 p4p, 806 weight class) and Koen Bauweraerts (ranked 77 p4p, 88 weight class). Bauweraerts has chosen Linkin Park x Steve Aoki - A Light That Never Comes (Coone Remix) as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jernit ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Jernit has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Jernit lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jernit wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
