Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Corwin Anstey (ranked 1633 p4p, 4376 weight class) and Alan West (ranked 221 p4p, 476 weight class). Anstey comes to the cage accompanied by Let's hear it for the boy. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alan West!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anstey closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. West quickly recovers to half guard.
Anstey lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
West is looking for a sweep. Anstey is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
West wants to get back to full guard but Anstey has passed into side control.
Anstey content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Anstey in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
West tries to improve position but can't.
Anstey tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Anstey is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. West knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
