Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kurou Nishiyama!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lacroix stuffs the takedown attempt from Nishiyama. Nishiyama gets slowly back to his feet.
A good leg kick by Nishiyama.
Nishiyama throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nishiyama tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Lacroix connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Nishiyama swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nishiyama sizes up Lacroix with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
A chopping leg kick lands by Nishiyama.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Danga de danga de dang - Nishiyama scores with a four punch combination!
Nishiyama's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Nishiyama duly obliges.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
An inside leg kick from Nishiyama misses.
Lacroix appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Lacroix throws a shot from downtown. Nishiyama moves away and avoids it.
Lacroix cracks Nishiyama with an open hand slap.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lacroix smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Nishiyama moves out of range as Lacroix strikes.
Nishiyama wants to counter with a clinch but Lacroix pushes him away.
Nishiyama misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nishiyama wants to slow Lacroix down by chopping away at his legs.
Lacroix was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Nishiyama tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Lacroix cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Nishiyama is rocked!
Lacroix fakes the body blow, causing Nishiyama to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Nishiyama goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
