Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Killblog Hermitcrab!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeVito shoots in but no luck this time.
Hermitcrab looks to land a combination but DeVito avoids it well.
Hermitcrab closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hermitcrab lands in his opponent's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hermitcrab accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

and Hermitcrab counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Hermitcrab seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
DeVito had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hermitcrab is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. DeVito Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hermitcrab's back instead.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
