Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Honza Hohol!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 49 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Peter Golles!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hohol cracks Golles with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Hohol moves into range and connects with a jab.
Golles jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A jab from Hohol does it's job there.
Hohol shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Hohol takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Golles has hold of Hohol's hands but Hohol slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Well, if Hohol is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Hohol has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Golles really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hohol. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hohol seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Golles for as long as he can get away with.

Hohol lands a big shot there that rocks Golles but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

BOOM! Hohol connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Golles is rocked!
Hohol unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Golles wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Hohol celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
