PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Gracie (ranked 25099 p4p, 4146 weight class) and Jacob Song (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rafael Gracie looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gracie lands in his opponent's guard. Song keeping moving, preventing Gracie from controlling successfully. Song is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gracie defends well. Song is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Gracie is sitting in close to Song's body. Song has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Gracie is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Gracie is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Song.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Jacob Song!
