Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Sarinnen (ranked 582 p4p, 2430 weight class) and Ibrahim Conrad (ranked 44 p4p, 146 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Samuel Sarinnen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ibrahim Conrad!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conrad misses with a combination
and Sarinnen counters with a stiff right hand.
Conrad takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sarinnen lands with a nice combination. Conrad backs away looking to recover.
Conrad with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sarinnen to score with a decent uppercut.
Sarinnen throws a one two combo.
Conrad takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Conrad wants to clinch.
Sarinnen stuffs the takedown.
A quick step to the side and Sarinnen tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Conrad misses with an uppercut. Sarinnen saw that one coming.
Sarinnen tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Conrad manages to circle out of the way.
Danga de danga de dang - Sarinnen scores with a four punch combination!
Conrad throws a left and a right that both miss
and Sarinnen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Conrad tries to bum rush Sarinnen with a series of wild strikes but Sarinnen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Conrad on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Sarinnen avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sarinnen half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Sarinnen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Sarinnen is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Sarinnen closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Conrad quickly recovers to half guard.
Sarinnen is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Sarinnen seems to be working for a kimura but Conrad defends the submission attempt.
Sarinnen is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Sarinnen wants to free his trapped foot but Conrad is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Sarinnen moves into full mount! Conrad won't be happy about that!
Sarinnen swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Conrad is now in Sarinnen's guard. A big mistake from Sarinnen there, giving up the dominant position!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sarinnen is looking for a triangle but Conrad pushes his legs off easily.

Sarinnen lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Conrad really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sarinnen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sarinnen stands and throws Conrad's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Sarinnen is trying to get an arm triangle but Conrad is defending well.

Sarinnen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Sarinnen is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Conrad is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Sarinnen tries for a kimura but Conrad is defending well.
Sarinnen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Sarinnen is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Conrad will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Conrad fails with the takedown
and Sarinnen counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Conrad throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sarinnen.
Sarinnen slips a jab and a cross from Conrad.
Sarinnen keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Sarinnen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Conrad sprawls well initially but Sarinnen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Sarinnen is looking to take a break and control but Conrad is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Conrad is looking to escape.
Sarinnen wants to take a breather but Conrad is having none of it.
Samuel Sarinnen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Sarinnen looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Sarinnen wants to control but Conrad is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Conrad is trying to stand up here but Sarinnen is controlling him well.
Conrad is staying active underneath Sarinnen, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Sarinnen seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Conrad is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
